What is 6v6 Soccer?
6v6 soccer features six players per team, including a goalkeeper, giving our adult players a fuller, more traditional side to play with. The extra structure creates more room for real positional play, passing lanes, and team strategy than a smaller format allows. It's built for adults looking for a genuinely competitive match, not just a casual pickup game. The larger side rewards players who want to bring real tactics and teamwork to the field. It's the right fit for adult players ready for a bigger, more structured game.

6v6 is built specifically for our adult program, giving experienced players a fuller, more competitive format to play in. It suits adults who want real structure and team strategy rather than a casual pickup game. We have a men’s division and a men’s over 30 years old division.

Six players per team, including a goalkeeper. Rosters are generally capped around 12 players, giving every player solid time on the field across a full season.

The 2-1-2: two defenders, one holding midfielder, and two forwards, matching the shape used in our field diagram, built for balanced defense with a direct attacking threat.
The 1-3-2: one deep defender, three across the midfield, and two forwards, favoring possession and control through the center of the field. -
Standard offside rules typically apply at the adult level, and games are played with full-contact rules similar to traditional 11v11 soccer. Physical play is allowed within normal safety limits. Shin guards are required for all players.

Games are played in two 25-minute halves, with rolling substitutions allowed at any stoppage.
