What is 7v7 Soccer?
7v7 soccer features seven players per team, including a goalkeeper, on a field roughly half the size of a full pitch. It offers more space and structure than 4v4, giving players room to develop positional awareness and team shape. This format works well for youth players who've outgrown smaller-sided games and want a more traditional soccer experience. Games typically run longer, giving our youth teams more time to build chemistry on the field. It's the right fit for players ready for a bigger, more competitive game.

7v7 fits youth players who are ready for more structure, more space, and a step closer to the traditional game. It's designed specifically for our youth program, giving players room to develop positional play as they grow into the sport. The larger field and additional players prepare younger athletes for a more competitive style of soccer as they advance.

2-3-1: the most common and balanced shape, with two defenders, three midfielders, and one striker, built for possession and triangle passing.
3-2-1: an extra defender for more security, with fullbacks pushing up to provide width in attack.
3-1-2: three defenders and a holding midfielder behind two strikers, suited to a more direct, vertical style. -
Youth play uses a modified build-out line and simplified offside rules for younger age brackets. Shin guards are required, molded cleats are standard, and metal cleats are not allowed.
-
Games are played in two 25-minute halves, with rolling substitutions allowed at any stoppage.
